    Spring 2007 to Summer 2008:
    I finished my degree’s program, but I decided to continue studying various extra curricular subjects especially in CS but also in arts and German. I also volunteered as a research assistant in the CS faculty, where we dealt with natural language processing.

    I attended the Venice International University (VIU – www.univiu.org) as part of the Joint Undergraduate Program on a scholarship for excellence in studies.

  • 2008 - date: Software Developer at Moblica
    Moblica is a new startup company developing an application platform for mobile devices.
    Major projects I lead:

    • Developing and writing a lightweight JPEG decoder
    • Developing and implementing a communication algorithm for TCP-like communication over HTTP channels (patent pending)
  • 2007 - 2008: Software Developer at Check Point
    Check Point is a world leading networks security company. I worked in the infrastructures group and developed kernel code for Linux, Windows, FreeBSD and Solaris.
    Major projects:

    • Introducing 64bit support into the kernel code for Linux
    • Writing a new abstraction layer for the multi-platform kernel code of the company
  • 2006 - 2006: Software Development Engineer at Avaya
    Avaya is a leading communication solutions provider for organizations. I worked on the development of the infrastructure for a new product.

    Major projects:

    • Assimilation of third party open source tools into the new infrastructure
    • Building the compilation environment for the team
